Items purchased at Saleenz E-Store can be exchanged from Saleenz E-Store within 3 days from the date of purchase. Invoice / bill number must be verified at the time of exchange.

 

• Replacement of items can only be entertained only if you receive order with items having manufacturing defect, incorrect size / style or damaged then you can return it to Saleenz for replacement immediately after receiving. Prior to shipping the return to Saleenz, you will need to inform us within 48 hours starting from when you received the order by hand, by calling Customer Service Department on +92 321-SALEENZ(7253369) or emailing at cs@saleenz.com for the replacement to be processed. If approved, you may ship your item to Saleenz for replacement.

• All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our warehouse and if we found that the articles are washed, used, damaged or not in original state then we will not consider the item for replacement.

 

• We will not consider the replacement if customer sends it without notifying Saleenz E-Store by calling and by sending an e-mail to the Customer Services.

 

• The items should be in their original packing with tags intact for replacement / exchange to be processed.

 

• Customer will have to bear the shipment charges in case of replacement.

 

• Sale items cannot be exchanged / replaced.

 

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. We are unable to cater the cancellation request, once the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information via email. Once a product is shipped, the Exchange Policy will apply. Saleenz may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons includes:

 

• The item is out of stock

• Pricing errors

• Miscellaneous
